1、 Introduction

Suspended shaker is one of the main equipment for gravity separation in mineral processing equipment. The suspended multi-layer shaker is widely used for separating rare and precious metal ores such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, etc. The suspended multi-layer shaker can also be used for coal mining. The suspended multi-layer shaking table can be used for different operations such as rough selection, fine selection, and scanning, and different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074mm) can be selected. The suspended mineral processing shaker can also be used for separating iron, manganese ore, and coal. After processing tungsten, tin, and other ores, the suspended beneficiation shaker effectively recovers particles ranging from 2 to 0.022 millimeters.

The structure of the inertial bed is ingenious, and the vertical component is self balanced. Due to the lack of vertical excitation force, there is no vertical jump. It can be installed on high-rise floors or pedestal supports;

5. By using a frequency conversion speed control device, the stroke can be easily changed to adapt to materials with different particle sizes and properties.
