1、 Heavy medium beneficiation method

Electric separation method is a method of separating minerals using electric field force, suitable for the small particle size of sand zirconium ore. This method is easy to operate and has good separation effect. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Crush the sand zirconium ore to a certain particle size, usually ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 millimeters.

2. Put the crushed sand zirconium ore into the electric separator, usually using a high-voltage DC power supply.

3. Under the action of an electric field, sand zirconium ore and impurities are separated, sand zirconium ore is collected on the anode, and impurities are collected on the cathode.

4. Clean and dry the sand zirconium ore collected on the anode to obtain the concentrate.

Flotation method is a method of separating minerals by utilizing differences in physical and chemical properties, suitable for small particle sizes of sand zirconium ore. This method is easy to operate and has good separation effect. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Crush the sand zirconium ore to a certain particle size, usually ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 millimeters.

2. Mix the crushed sand zirconium ore with reagents, usually oxidants, sulfides, etc.

3. Place the mixture into a flotation machine for flotation, where the zirconium ore will float on top and impurities will settle to the bottom.

4. Clean and dry the flotation sand zirconium ore to obtain a concentrate.
