Test process
1. Preparation of test materials
We selected a type of tungsten tin ore as the experimental material, which mainly consists of tungsten, tin, iron, copper, etc. Firstly, we ground and screened the ore to obtain mineral powder with a particle size of 0.074mm.
2. Test condition settings
We used a new type of gravity separation equipment for the experiment, which combines high intensity magnetic field and airflow separation method, which can effectively separate impurities in the ore. The test conditions are as follows:

3. Test operation steps
(1) Feed the mineral powder into the gravity separation equipment through a vibrating feeder.

4. Analysis of test results
After testing, we obtained the following results:

(2) The recovery rate of ore has also been improved, from the original 50% to 80%.
